Our team of experts carry out any minor refurbishment and furnishing for FREE, to get the property to a Serviced Accommodation (SA) standard that appeals to our trusted client base.
At the end of the tenure, the Landlord/Investor has the option to renew or we hand back the property in a similar or better condition than at the start of the term.
